Gold Plan
Eight one-hour coaching sessions over a 2-3 month period designed to gain and support accountability toward your desired results. This plan includes your initial complimentary session, the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and email support.
Silver Plan
Four one-hour coaching sessions to be completed in a 1 to 2 month period. Includes your initial complimentary session as well as email support. The Energy Leadership Index can be added at your request.

Group Plan
Group coaching can be very powerful and transformational as participants work together to support one another’s goals. Ideal size for group coaching is between 3 and 6 individuals.
The HBDI assessment is also a phenomenal tool and workshops can be designed for better strategic planning, project management, communication, delegation.
Starter Plan
One hour coaching session to provide a jump start on achieving your maximum potential or to reinvigorate you toward making the change you desire. The Energy Leadership Index can be added at your request.
